What are your rates?
Our rates are very competitive and driven by business needs. Based on experience,
we find that most clients prefer a flat fee for service. That way there are no surprises
and costs are easier to budget. A free initial business assessment will help to
determine your business requirements and applicable fees.
Why should I hire you versus having an employee manage my finances?
Hiring All About Balance has many advantages:
- You will not have to train or provide benefits for an employee.
- You will have an experienced professional looking after your finances at much lower
costs.
- You will have an organized and balanced set of books allowing you to know where
your business stands at all times.
- You will have access to all of your financial information in order to make sound
business decisions.
- You will have a qualified and reliable professional on your team to customize and
explain reports when necessary.
- You will save money on accounting software, computer and office expenses by having
your books done virtually.
Should I do my own books?
Quite honestly, from our experience it is never a good idea to do your own books.
Usually something will always come up to take time away from this task. Before you
know it, you have missed the deadline for filing your sales taxes, your payables
are past due, your receivables are not up to date and your bank is not balanced.
Although your intentions are good, it doesn’t take long to lose control. By employing
our services you will not only achieve peace of mind, but have more time to focus
on what you do best - growing your business.
Why do I require your services if I already have an accountant?
By having your financials maintained on a regular basis you will have a nice clean
set of books to hand over to your accountant at year end for income tax filing.
The less time they need to spend sorting out your books, the lower their fee will
be.
How do you handle privacy issues?
A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed with all clients prior to providing services.
